The first drawing, The heaviness of mental health stigma sheds light on racial and gender discrepancies related to mental health problems. Furthermore, it is okay to ask for help drawing speaks to the strength it takes to be vulnerable and request and accept help. Lastly, When the world can yours, takes us through an internal dialogue that begins with reservations to ask for help and arrives at a sense of Hope after a decision to ask for help was made. In all, our hope is to remind our fellow RAMS that the earlier that mental health symptoms can be treated, the quicker one can be on the road to recovery.
