Film Description:

I decided to write a poem to express the troubles of not being able to rely on others, therefore trying to find strength from within and being your own hero, relating to November's theme, "Mental Health Heroes." I decided to write about this entry because I think it's important to have plenty of awareness towards mental health. Not just about the topic itself, but to also have conscience about taking care of other's mental health, and especially your own. I tried to convey a message that could try to inspire others if they're ever in a poor mental state, and to let them know that even though they might be struggling, they can still be their own hero even in the darkest of their times.
