Directing Change

Nature’s Anchor

Tags: Monthly Prompt
Film Description:

When the world feels upside down, nature keeps me grounded. Either going on a walk or just taking a second to yourself. The world moves so fast, in fear of being left behind we forget to slow down and stay in the moment. So even just for a few minutes, being outside, separating yourself from the worries and stresses of life and the media. Can do so much for your mental health. Making a routine of this creates a sense of comfort and stability, becoming somewhat of an Anchor.
