Directing Change

Isolation

Film Description:

A little about my project and the meaning behind it is how I, myself have been in a situation where I didn't have anyone to lean on or have a shoulder to have near me to explain how I felt about my life situations or struggles in school and I wasn't able to express myself I was only able to keep it to myself which cause my mental health to progress badly and when it would build up I kept it to myself which caused my mental health to get worse and worse. The meaning is you don't have to struggle at your worst and can talk about what's happening within you instead of letting it build up like I once did.
