The Directing Change Program and Film Contest (Directing Change) will be launching a section on the website dedicated to our new Hope & Justice initiative. The website will include a virtual gallery where selected Hope and Justice entries will be displayed. In addition to the website Directing Change will also be using some of the artwork on promotional materials, communication pieces, and keepsakes such as stationary, calendars or other, as a way to promote our organization’s funding and awareness efforts. In order for your work to be featured in the ways described above- we ask for this additional release form. NOTE: This release is in addition to the general project waiver and release form that you already signed when you submitted your project.

I, , with approval from my parent/guardian (if under the age of 18) , give Directing Change the permission to use my work of art, titled , in support of their organization and fundraising efforts, on their website, in communications, social media posts, or on printed materials and keepsakes. They may also use my personal materials that I submit to them (bio, testimonials, links to portfolio) to publicize my work.

Note: If at any time I want to change these permissions, I can reach out to Directing Change to talk about a change to this release by emailing shanti@directingchange.org
