Directing Change

Don’t Stare for too long

Film Description:

When I was at low point of my life and I didnt know how to express how I felt. I didnt know that painting could help so much and thats why my mental health hero is painting. I also just wanted to express my anxiety and my agony by painting how I felt. I always feel like people judge you for anything and they would do anything to put you down; that´s what represents the eyes in the painting. The painting helps because you dont have to talk to anyone about it; you can just express it however you want to without getting judged. I hope people can understand my painting by expressing how they want without getting judged. I included my own eyes because the person that judges me most is me. Lastly, its a reminder that i shuld not judge myself; I hope when others see is not to judge yourself and not let others judge you.
