Directing Change

Breath is My Center

Tags: Monthly Prompt
Film Description:

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. A tool that is free and accessible to everyone is the power of breath. Breath allows us to calm our mind and body due to the connection between breath and our nervous system. I learned about breathwork from my grandparents and since then I have found this simple technique of box breathing to anchor my mind and body in times of stress and emotional turmoil. I would like to share this technique with other students so all can benefit from the positive impacts of box breathing.
